Search Oconee County Court Records
The main official online case channel is the county's Superior and Magistrate Court Docket Search, which links to the Tyler Technologies Case Management Plus public search for Oconee County. The portal covers public Superior Court and Magistrate Court case information. The Sheriff's open records page is a separate channel for law-enforcement records, not a substitute for the court docket search. That page identifies the written-request process for sheriff records.
Sheriff records may support an arrest or incident history, but the court file is still searched through the Clerk's court system once a case is filed.
Types of Oconee County Court Records
Oconee County court records are split by court. Superior Court handles felony criminal cases, divorce, domestic relations, equity, land-title matters, and other major civil work. Restricted Oconee County Court Records
